TonRoad Air is a virtual flight and travel companion application provided by TonRoad. It allows users to continue a journey from TonRoad Free Ride, view the camera-based flight interface, orient themselves using device sensors, and return back to the related TonRoad experience.
Depending on the functions used, TonRoad Air may process:
TonRoad Air may request access to the device camera in order to provide its flight and orientation interface. Camera permission can be denied or withdrawn at any time in the Android device settings. Some app functions may not work correctly without camera access.
TonRoad Air may request access to device location in order to place the user correctly, continue a journey and support direction-based functions. Users can change location permission in Android settings. Some functions may not work without this permission.
TonRoad Air may use device sensors such as the compass and orientation sensors to determine heading and direction. This information is used only to provide navigation-related functionality inside the application.
TonRoad Air works together with TonRoad Free Ride. The application may receive destination information from TonRoad Free Ride and may return the user back to that application. Data processed directly by TonRoad Free Ride is governed by the privacy policy applicable to that application.
Preferences, temporary journey data and parts of the current session may be stored locally on the device. Technical or security-related data may also be processed by TonRoad servers or service providers used by TonRoad when needed to maintain functionality, reliability or security.
TonRoad Air may communicate with service providers used for hosting, app functionality, security and Google Play functionality. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services, maintain security or comply with legal obligations.
Personal information is not sold. Information is not shared for unrelated advertising purposes. Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to provide the requested functions, maintain security, comply with legal obligations or protect users and the service.
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain functionality, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and address technical or security issues. Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the function for which it is used.
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect information. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users may deny or withdraw optional permissions in Android settings, stop using online features, delete local application data or uninstall the application.
TonRoad Air is intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically for children under 13. Parents or legal guardians should supervise use by minors where required by local law.
This Privacy Policy may be updated when application functions, service providers or legal requirements change. The current version will remain available on this page.
