This page explains how to request deletion of a TonRoad Free Ride account and the server-stored data associated with it.
After the request is submitted, the public profile is hidden and the request is queued for processing.
Email tonroad.map@web.de with the subject TonRoad Free Ride account deletion. Send the request from the email address used for the account and include the display name shown in the app. TonRoad may ask for reasonable verification before deleting the account.
Email deletion requestAfter verification, TonRoad deletes or anonymizes data associated with the account, including the account profile and profile image reference, friend connections, presence information, shared-ride membership and positions, game participation and balances, messages or gifts associated with the account, TonRoad Free Ride traces, and other server-side account preferences.
Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. A minimal record showing that a deletion request was received and completed may be retained for up to 90 days after completion for security, fraud prevention, support and audit purposes. Information required by law or necessary to resolve an active dispute may be retained for the legally required period. Local data on the device can be removed by clearing the app data or uninstalling the app.
